KSEB engineer inspection for the generator is not required all time: but required when we conduct events in 5-star class or above hotels or specially protected areas like (Naval Base, Shipyard, Army officer areas) etc.

If You are using Generator above 10KV, the Generator Inspection is Needed.
List of Documents Required for the Approval
- NOC Letter From the hotel / Convention center (where the event going to held)
- Request Letter from Wedding Planner / Event Management Company / Responsible Person / Sound and Light Team to KSEB (see attachment)
- Documents that proving Generator Make, Pollution Certificate
Submit all these Documents to the Assistant Engineer of KSEB. They will inspect the Generator on-site. They will examine and Give Certificate of approval. After the successful completion of the inspection, the authorized person will email you the permission- sanction.
